Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Items showing any signs of use or wear will not be accepted.

Personalized Items: Please note that customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
