Shipping Policy
Processing Time All items in our shop are handmade with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Carriers We ship from Poland using the following carriers:
- InPost
- Poczta Polska
The carrier is selected based on the destination country and package weight.
Tracking All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Poland: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- USA & rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Taxes & Duties For U.S. orders, applicable customs duties and import fees are prepaid by My Sunny Bunny. No additional import charges are due upon delivery. Any sales tax required by law is calculated at checkout.
For customers in other countries: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
